CSAM acquires Mawell’s product business

The Privately owned Norwegian company CSAM today announced that as part of its continued program of growth and expansion in the healthcare sector, it has acquired Stockholm based Mawell eHealth Systems, a division of Mawell. CSAM will commence operations of the Mawell eHealth Systems business from the beginning of February with Mawell continuing to operate as a separate business entity focusing on consulting projects as well as delivering care services in Finland.
