Mawell's Professional Services unit consists the following sub units: Project Office IT Services System Development & Integration This unit was established so we can offer the best service to our customers. Professional Services has experts both from Finland and from Sweden. This cross boarder working environment ensures the utilization of our expert resources in a way we can provide high quality service to our customers. Project Office They make sure that the delivery process proceeds as planned and agreed with the customer. The goal is that all the projects are deliverd with high quality, in time and within the budget. The Project Office makes sure both in Finland and in Sweden that the targets are met. Project team SLL (Stockholm läns landsting), is the team who focuses on the ongoing maintenance contracts with SLL. The team focuses on the two large projects ListOn and Mek. IT Services It Services is built up of skills from Finland and Sweden. They focus on external contracts. Maintenance of our core products, SaaS services and other products is part of their work. IT Services has the ability to take a comprehensive commitment to the customer's IT environment and it also offers management commitment to individual systems and processing of existing products. System Development & Integration In the System Development & Integration group we find the Finnish and Swedish experts from integretion of our products. This group provides high level technological services for our customers. This sub unit consists highly competent specialists on healthcare information systems and on technologies relating these. Even though focus is towards the product deliveries, we have also people in this group working as System Developers in customer specific development projects.
